These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Planoura mobile application (the “App”), operated by Black Lion Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
By using Planoura, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
Planoura is a digital tool designed for Pilates trainers and fitness enthusiasts to:
- Plan and organize workouts and classes
- Manage schedules and training sessions
- Create and store custom exercises
- Upload and manage personal training content
The App is intended for organizational and informational purposes only.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You may upload content, including images, videos, and exercise materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You agree that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content
- You will not upload content that violates laws, privacy rights, or third-party rights
- You will obtain consent from individuals appearing in your content
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Upload content you do not have rights to
- Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Planoura offers subscription-based access to premium features.
Free Trial
We may offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled.
Billing
All subscriptions are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Payment will be charged to your account according to the platform’s billing terms.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.
We do not manage or process subscription cancellations directly.
7. No Refunds
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple and Google in accordance with their respective policies.
We do not issue refunds directly.
8. Data and Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the App.
Upon deletion:
- Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Some data may remain in backups for a limited time

9. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including:
- Apple and Google (authentication, payments)
- Singular (analytics and attribution)
We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
10. Disclaimer
Planoura is not a medical or health service.
The App provides tools for organizing workouts and training activities only.
You acknowledge that:
- You use the App at your own risk
- The App does not provide medical advice
- You are responsible for ensuring that any exercise or training is safe and appropriate
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Lion Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
- Any injury resulting from the use of the App
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
