Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Planoura account and associated data.
Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your account directly from within the Planoura app.
To do this:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your profile or settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:
Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A request to delete your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted:
- Your personal information (name, email, profile data)
- Your workouts, schedules, and training data
- Any uploaded content (images, videos, exercise materials)
- Client data (names and images)
Data Retention
- Your data is scheduled for deletion after your request is confirmed
- Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period
- All data is permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Please ensure your subscription is canceled before deleting your account.
